    Today, after two decades, MSB is now embarking on Facilities Management (FM) area to offer our clients beyond expectation services. Under the core business of FM, MSB provides bespoke services to cater our clients’ specific needs including but not limited to consultations, facilities maintenance, building condition assessments, energy and utilities management, facilities engineering maintenance, technology-driven waste management, hygiene and sanitisation towards environmental sustainability and a holistic end-to-end FM solution (i.e. integrated building management with specialised engineering services, asset life-cycle management, 24/7 helpdesk and building security).

    MSB is a certified G7 company acknowledged by CIDB, Pusat Perkhidmatan Kontraktor (PKK) and registered with Ministry of Finance (MOF). Its taskforce of more than 150 trained employees continues to provide top-notch services to various clients. Additionally, we also provide established processes that are uniquely designed for each project as well as technology adoptions when necessary to ensure sustainability in FM practices.

    With a degree in Information Technology and several years of handling software and hardware systems, Datuk Hj. Farhan Bin Hj. Mokhtar took on the challenge as the company’s Managing Director in 2005. Under his leadership, the company has enjoyed further growth and success. He continues to drive the company forward with his business foresights and contemporary solutions.

    With a Master in Engineering in Civil & Transportation and Ir. Ts. Mohd Fakhree has 20 years of handling civil engineering projects. Ir. Ts. Mohd Fakhree Bin Mansor took on the challenge as the company’s Project Director (civil works) in 2022. Under his leadership, the company has enjoyed further growth and success.
